Process



Admission Criteria

In order to secure admission to the two-year full time PGDM Programme, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

 

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors degree with 50% (45% for Reserved Category) marks in aggregate from a recognised University.

Candidates appearing for the Final Year Examination of any Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years duration can also apply subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria of admission. Candidates Appearing/Appeared and secured non-zero positive score or marks or equivalent
score in any one of the equivalent examination such as MAH-CET / CAT / MAT / XAT /ATMA/ CMAT valid for the year 2023.

 

Important Dates

Application commences: 15th July, 2023 onwards
Last date of submission: 10th August, 2023
Interview & Group Discussion: 14th August onwards
Declaration of Merit List: 25th August, 2023
Classes Begin: 1st September, 2023

 

Selection Process

On getting shortlisted candidates have to submit following documents

  • SSC, HSC, Graduation Mark Sheet (All semesters) and Passing Certificates
  • Marks obtained at the Qualifying Exam (e.g. MAH -CET/CMAT/ATMA etc)
  • Aadhaar Card (compulsory)
  • Address Proof (Ration Card / Passport /Voter Id /Electricity Bill)
  • Income-Proof Certificate of Self or Parent
  • Birth Certificate/Domicile Certificate (if not born in Maharashtra)
  • 2 PP size Photos
  • Caste Certificate (where applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate (where applicable)
  • Gap Certificate (where applicable)
  • Duly Filled UKS Admission Form

All documents submitted to UKS IMSR for admission will be verified. Only applicants with complete set of the above documents (self-attested) will be eligible for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD-PI) process for PGDM admissions.

Details of the process of booking slot (date and time) for offline Group Discussion & Personal Interview will be informed to the applicant telephonically. Applicants will also receive an email in this regards.

Candidates who remain absent for the GD-PI process shall be treated as non-eligible candidates for PGDM admission.

It is mandatory for the eligible candidate to attend the Group Discussion & Personal Interview process conducted by the institute without fail for the admission to the course.

During the Group Discussion & Personal Interview, applicants would be evaluated based on their clarity on Career Goals, Personality & General Bearing, Attitude, Communication skills, General Awareness and Subject Knowledge etc.

All those, who apply on the basis of MAH-CET (conducted by DTE, Maharashtra State), CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT (conducted by AICTE, New Delhi) Entrance Test score will be called for GD-PI. The Institute will conduct the GD- PI

The merit list and wait listed candidates’ list will be prepared on the basis of the following
criteria:

Score in in the common admission test 40%
Group Discussion/ Persona Interview 40%
Score for academic performance in X Std., XII std., Under Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Degree 10%
Participation in Sports, Extra-Curricular and Co-Curricular activities 10%

On selection in PGDM Admission Process on the basis of the merit list, candidates will be informed by email and their names will be displayed on the Institute’s Notice Board.

Shortlisted candidates are required to pay the Programme fee on yearly basis.
