At UKS Mumbai, our policy is to assist students in diverse ways. We grant scholarships to both meritorious students and those facing economic challenges, aiming to encourage academic excellence and support those in need. As detailed below, the criteria for these awards undergo regular reviews to ensure alignment with our evolving experiences and the unique circumstances of individual cases.
Scholarship Criteria Details
1. Merit-Based Criteria
Designed for students showing exceptional academic and entrance exam performance. Under this scheme, eligible students can receive financial grants towards their tuition fees.
- Performance in MBA Entrance Exams (CAT, CMAT, MAH-CET, MAT, ATMA, or equivalent).
- Consistently strong academic records in graduation (minimum 60%), HSC, and SSC.
- High scoring performance during GD & PI evaluation rounds.
2. Need-Based Criteria
Aimed at supporting students from economically challenged backgrounds, ensuring that financial constraints do not act as a barrier to acquiring premium management education.
- Annual family income thresholds evaluated and verified with appropriate tax certificate.
- Evaluation of individual case circumstances and unique economic challenges.
- Maintaining minimum academic standards and satisfactory conduct throughout the course.
💡 Policy Limitation: Students can avail of any one kind of scholarship out of the two mentioned criteria for a limited period.
